Privacy policy
All in Wedding (Estella Balbastre) places great importance on protecting your personal data, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data collected
Through the contact form, we only collect the information you voluntarily provide: first and last name, email address, phone number, wedding date, number of guests and the content of your message.
While you browse, anonymised statistical data is also collected for audience measurement purposes (see the "Audience measurement" section below).
Purpose
This data is used exclusively to respond to your request, prepare a quote and discuss your wedding project with you. It is never sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Where requests are stored
Requests sent via the form are recorded in a secure spreadsheet (Google Sheets) and notified to us by email. Access is restricted to All in Wedding.
Retention period
Your data is kept for as long as necessary to handle your request and any resulting commercial relationship, then deleted on request or after a reasonable period.
Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@allinwedding.fr.
Audience measurement (Google Analytics)
To understand how the site is used and to improve it, we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. This tool measures, in an aggregated and anonymised way: pages viewed, source and device type, approximate region, as well as certain interactions — notably clicks on buttons leading to a quote request and contact form submissions.
IP addresses are anonymised and are never used to identify you personally. This data is used solely for internal statistical purposes: it is neither used for advertising nor sold to third parties.
Cookies
The site only sets audience measurement cookies (Google Analytics); no advertising cookies are used. Google Fonts are also loaded for display purposes. You can refuse or delete cookies at any time via your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics using the official add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
